The 5^th International Metaproteomics Symposium will take place over 3 days, from 25 to 27 April 2023, under the theme "Unlocking microbiome functions". The symposium aims to bring together a growing international community of researchers and experts to advance the metaproteomics field and address its associated challenges.

Le GDR CNRS 2038 BPTM propose l’école thématique CNRS PTM-Bact 2023 (De l’identification des Modifications Post-Traductionnelles chez les Bactéries à la caractérisation de leur rôle in vitro et in vivo) qui aura lieu du 19 juin au 23 juin 2023 à Sète. Les inscriptions à cette école thématique sont maintenant ouvertes !

Le but de cette école est de partager l’état des connaissances actuelles pour la caractérisation et la compréhension du rôle des PTMs bactériennes tout en sensibilisant les participants aux technologies de pointe actuellement développées. Ainsi, plusieurs thèmes seront abordés: l’identification des PTMs, la caractérisation et l’étude des enzymes qui catalysent les PTMs, l'étude de leurs rôles dans la physiologie bactérienne, et la relation hôtes/bactéries.
