Each year, the FPS awards a number of grants to members of the society wishing to attend national or international congresses organised or sponsored by the FPS. However, priority will be given to students and those who did not receive an FPS grant the previous year.
FPS GRANTS FOR 2026
The list of events for which the FPS will award grants in 2026 is shown below. It is also possible to apply for a grant to participate in events not listed here. In this case, the requests will be examined by all Board members. All requests must be made before the early bird registration date and must be accompanied by the proof of submission of an abstract and the abstract itself.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The grant will be paid directly to the person who attended the conference/school, on their private bank account, and not to a tutelage, as soon as possible by the FPS treasurer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR AWARDING GRANTS
> Eligibility requirements:- Be a paid-up member of the FPS
- Register for the conference before the early bird deadline
- Agree to write a scientific report for the FPS website
> The application file must include:
- Full contact details
- A curriculum vitae
- A letter of motivation
- A copy of the communication submitted to the congress/school
- The e-mail address of the laboratory manager
> Applications must be sent to frenchproteomicssociety@gmail.com with "BoursesFPS" in the subject line.
THESIS PRIZE 2025
This year, the FPS will also be awarding a thesis prize of 1,000 euros.
The winner will present their work at the EuPA 2025 congress in Saint-Malo.
Eligible candidates must have defended their thesis in 2024. The application file must contain the following (if possible in a single pdf file):
- The cover of the thesis manuscript
- Thesis summary (with key words)
- Reports from the examiners and from the defense
- The candidate's curriculum vitae (including thesis start and defense dates, as well as the list of publications and communications with full authors list).
