The French Proteomics Society (FPS, formerly SFEAP) is a scientific and technical association whose aim is to promote exchanges and advances in the field of proteomics, particularly in the separation, the characterization and the quantification of peptides and proteins.

We organise or co-organise conferences and theme days and we also works with the Youth Club to organise scientific meetings. The FPS awards grants to enable our members, particularly the younger ones, to take part in national and international conferences.

Our society regularly publishes its mag and newsletters to keep its members up to date with the latest developments in the world of proteomics.

The FPS is a member of the European Proteomics Association (EuPA) and a partner of the HUman Proteome Organization (HUPO).
